Privacy Policy
What the site collects and what it doesn't — privacy policy in plain words
In short: the site doesn't take requests through forms, doesn't have user accounts, and as of this revision doesn't use visit counters. One thing is stored in your browser — a note that you closed the cookie banner. Details below.
1. Who processes the data
The operator is TRASHOFF. For questions about personal data processing: info@trashoff.kz, phone +7 (747) 708 28 18.
2. What the site collects itself
Almost nothing. There are no forms on the site that send data to the server: waste removal requests are only accepted by phone and WhatsApp. We don't ask for your name, address, or phone number just so you can view the page.
There's no registration or user account on the site.
3. What's stored in your browser
One record — a note that you closed the cookie banner. It's stored in your browser's local storage under the name musor_cookie_ok, it's only there so the banner doesn't pop up again, and it's never sent to our server. Clearing your browser's site data removes it completely.
4. Feedback form
The "Leave feedback" form is the only input field on the site. What you fill in isn't sent anywhere automatically: it's used to build the text of a message that opens in your WhatsApp. You send it yourself and see the whole thing before sending. Until you hit "send" in the messenger itself, we don't receive that data.
We publish submitted feedback on the site after checking it. What gets published is what you wrote, along with the name you gave. We don't publish your phone number.
5. Calls and messages
When you call or message us on WhatsApp, we see your number and what you wrote, and we use that to fulfill your order: pick a truck, agree on a time and address. The message travels from you to us under the rules of your carrier and the messenger's owner — that part is out of our hands.
6. Analytics
As of this version, there are no traffic counters on the site: no Google Analytics, no Yandex.Metrica, nothing else. If they ever appear, this section will be updated before they go live — stating exactly which services are used and what data they get.
7. Who we share data with
Third parties for marketing — no one. Order details may be seen by the driver and loaders doing the job, only as much as they need: address, time, what we're hauling. Government agencies — only in cases expressly required by law.
8. Your rights
Under the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Personal Data and Its Protection", you can find out what data we hold about you, ask us to correct, block or delete it, and withdraw your consent to processing. Write to info@trashoff.kz — we'll reply and do it.
Removing a published review at the author's request works the same way: just write, and we'll take it down.
9. Changes
If the policy changes, the new version will appear on this page and the date at the top will be updated. We don't change the document retroactively: the previous version stops applying the moment the new one is published.
